Clean Room Facility

CMT operates a certified ISO Class 7 cleanroom to support the controlled production of implantable medical devices. Our facility is built to maintain exceptionally low levels of particulates through the use of HEPA filtration and stringent environmental controls.

The cleanroom is part of our ISO 13485-certified and cGMP-compliant quality system, ensuring every product is manufactured to the highest regulatory and safety standards. To minimize contamination, our trained personnel follow strict gowning procedures and use specialized protective equipment, including gowns, masks, head coverings, and gloves.

Our cleanroom is validated to maintain air cleanliness at ISO 7 levels—no more than 10,000 particles ≥0.5µm per cubic foot—providing the level of control necessary for safe, consistent device manufacturing.

Carbon-Coating for Medical Implants

CMT’s proprietary pyrolytic carbon coating technology delivers long-term biocompatibility and performance—trusted in permanent implants and adaptable to a wide range of clinical applications. Only a handful of facilities worldwide have the capability to produce this specialized coating, making CMT uniquely positioned to support advanced implantable device development.
