PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

STEPHANIE KENT

Stephanie Kent is our President and Chief Executive Officer. Stephanie has a Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchel School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Stephanie is a transformative leader with 18+ years of experience developing strategies to support new and critical business opportunities. Prior to joining Carbon Medical Technologies in 2020, Stephanie served in several different capacities at Target Corporation. Most recently, she was responsible for developing and leading integration strategies for Target’s acquisitions.

VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

THOMAS M. JAEGER

Tom Jaeger is our Vice-President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held for the past 25 years with the Company. In his role, he is responsible for several company functions including corporate finance, accounting, legal, and human resources. Prior to joining the Company in 1996, he served as the chief financial officer for a private international commodities firm and worked in the audit division of a Big-4 public accounting firm. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota and is a certified public accountant (inactive).

VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

ERIC FURLICH

Eric Furlich is a medical device professional with over 16 years of industry experience, currently serving as Vice President of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing and product realization activities while supporting the quality assurance processes. Eric’s past experience and leadership in new product development, risk management, regulatory affairs, and continuous improvement are reflected in his dedication to maintaining the highest standards in all company operations. Eric graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. 

VICE PRESIDENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES & CLINICAL AFFAIRS

KRISTINA WITTCHOW

Tina Wittchow serves as Vice President of Professional Services and Clinical Affairs. Employed by the company for the past 26 years, Tina is responsible for professional support and client services, as well as clinical affairs, routinely advising on regulatory matters and submissions. Prior to joining the Company in 1997, she served as Director of Operations at Midwest IV and Home Care and worked for Medical Care America. Tina graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Nursing.
