Stephanie Kent is President and Chief Executive Officer of Carbon Medical Technologies. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving growth in healthcare and corporate environments. Since joining CMT in 2020, she has guided the company through global commercial expansion, next-generation product development, and regulatory advancements. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Stephanie is passionate about building strong teams and improving patient outcomes through innovation. She holds a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Eric Furlich is a medical device professional with over 16 years of industry experience, currently serving as Vice President of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing and product realization activities while supporting the quality assurance processes. Eric’s past experience and leadership in new product development, risk management, regulatory affairs, and continuous improvement are reflected in his dedication to maintaining the highest standards in all company operations. Eric graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.

Tina Wittchow serves as Vice President of Professional Services and Clinical Affairs, where she provides strategic leadership in clinical strategy, professional education, and customer engagement. In this role, she oversees clinical affairs programs, leads professional training and support for healthcare providers, and ensures the successful integration of our technologies into patient care. She works closely with physicians, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to advance the safe and effective use of the company’s innovative medical devices.

With 28 years of experience at Carbon Medical Technologies, Tina brings a deep and versatile background spanning clinical affairs, operations, sales, and marketing. Throughout her career, Tina’s expertise bridges clinical insight with business strategy, ensuring that both physicians and patients benefit from the company’s technologies. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex medical device innovations into meaningful clinical and market adoption.
